Ms. Rebecca Russell is a Certified Supply Chain Management Professional specializing in commodity strategies and procurement system implementations. With both public and private sector experience, Ms. Russell is uniquely positioned to understand buyer and supplier procurement perspectives and challenges. 

 

Ms. Russell has over 14 years of consulting experience in the procurement and spend management field. Ms. Russell’s work experience includes advisory consulting, transforming organizations’ procurement departments’ processes, systems implementation of large scale e-Procurement solutions and software development. Ms. Russell has worked on projects for the Federal Governments of Canada, the Government of Ontario, the United States House of Representatives, the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of California. Ms. Russell has also earned a Degree in Computer Mathematics, a Diploma in Information Technology and a Certificate in Purchasing.

 

Ms. Russell has exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communications skills and is both a natural team player and leader. Ms. Russell is experienced in all aspects of project management, including: project planning, scope definition, scheduling, costing, setting quality standards, developing communication plans, implementing project controls, reporting and risk management. Her leadership experience includes steady-state teams and project delivery teams of up to 18 members with multi-disciplinary backgrounds.
